Mellowvybz Productions

Deepfried : Incense

Producer/Arranger/Engineer

As Producer of Incense I also tracked and mixed all the live drum samples used within the album. A major aspect of arranging the live pieces involved extensive editing, shaping, and retexturing of the songs. This was achieved through cuts, placement, and extreme uses of equalization and effects processing.

Janie Oliver: Lay Down

Producer/Arranger/Engineer

For Janies album we wrote the the songs as a team. I arranged all of the additional instrument parts beyond the basic chord structure of the songs. The full length album will be complete in Fall of 2005. Following the completion of her album, Janie will begin touring.

Robert and Brian: Bits and Pieces

Producer/Arranger/Engineer

Bits and Pieces came together through sequencing, live instrumentation and drum machine programming. Much of the album was tracked live in stereo to a minidisk recorder.

Burn : Don't You Know It's Time...

Producer/Engineer

Burn came in and blew the roof off the studio. They brought their exciting live performance vibe, and we translated that beautifully into a great party and dance album.

SambaDa : Novas Raizes (New Roots)

Engineer

The SambaDa album was so much fun to record. These folks love making music.

Dreambeach : Two

Engineer

Dreambeach is the duo of Daniel Vee Lewis bass and Pipa Pinon Voice. A truly unique and beautiful album.

Deepfried : The House At The End Of The Road

Producer/Arranger/Engineer

THATEOTR is one of the first versions of the cuisNart in action alongside the studio explorations of yours truly. This album was really no holds barred and we explored every aspect of the recording facility we were using at that time. I utilized squeaky box lids, broken door handles, and analog synths as percussion instruments.

The Sandman : A Short Film

Director/Producer/Composer

The Sandman is an interactive film done in FLASH. The pacing of the movie depends on the viewer as each new scene begins by clicking on the blue square. That's Anton Patzner on the violin and my good friend Peter Chester helped with all the fancy FLASH coding.
